By downloading, installing, or using NextLevel Scorecard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any device you own or control.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NextLevel Scorecard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
All data you create within the App (game scores, player profiles, settings) is stored locally on your device. If you enable the optional cloud sync, your data is stored in your own Google Drive or Dropbox account under your control. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, app uninstallation, or other circumstances.
The App does not display advertisements.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
